1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and HaisOf ("we," "us," "our," or "HaisOf") governing your access to and use of the HaisOf website located at haisof.myshopify.com (the "Site") and any services, features, content, or products offered through the Site (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing, browsing, or placing an order through the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Site and Services.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law to use the Site and Services. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. 2. The Store & Products

HaisOf operates an online e-commerce store offering various products for sale to customers in the United States and potentially other jurisdictions. All product descriptions, images, specifications, features, pricing, and availability information displayed on the Site are subject to change at any time without notice.

Product Descriptions: We strive to display product colors, images, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's or mobile device's display of colors or images will be accurate. Availability: All products are subject to availability. 3. Orders & Order Acceptance

Placing an Order: When you place an order through the Site, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) in your cart subject to these Terms. All orders are subject to acceptance by HaisOf. You will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order, but this acknowledgment does not constitute our acceptance of your order. Our acceptance occurs only when we ship the product(s) to you or send you a specific order confirmation email indicating acceptance.

Order Acceptance: We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Product unavailability or stock limitations
• Pricing errors or inaccuracies in product descriptions
• Errors in your order information (e.g., incorrect shipping address)
• Suspected fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity
• Failure of payment authorization or processing issues

• Your location is outside our delivery service area

If we cancel an order after you have already been charged, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors, or that exceed reasonable quantities for personal use.

Order Modifications and Cancellations: Once an order is placed, you may not be able to modify or cancel it. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed or shipped, but we cannot guarantee that cancellation or modification will be possible.

We are not responsible for delivery failures, delays, or other issues resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.

4. Pricing & Sales Tax

Currency and Displayed Prices: All prices displayed on the Site are in United States Dollars (USD) unless expressly stated otherwise. Prices shown are exclusive of sales tax.

Sales Tax: Applicable state and local sales taxes will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout based on the shipping destination address you provide. The final amount charged to your payment method will include the product price(s) plus any applicable sales tax. HaisOf complies with all applicable federal and state sales tax collection obligations, including requirements under state nexus laws.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without notice or liability. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted by HaisOf (as defined in Section 3 above). However, if a pricing error is discovered after acceptance but before shipment, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you, offering you the opportunity to reorder at the correct price or receive a full refund.

Pricing Errors: Despite our best efforts, products or services available through the Site may be mispriced due to typographical errors, inaccuracies in product information, or errors in pricing. If we discover a pricing error after you have placed an order, we will notify you as soon as practicable and give you the option to either reaffirm your order at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be automatically canceled, and if you have already been charged, a full refund will be issued. 6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Time: We typically process and ship orders within 3-5 working days of order acceptance. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping method, product availability, and other factors beyond our control. The delivery time provided is an estimate only and is not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather events, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Costs: Shipping within the United States is FREE for all orders. There are no additional shipping costs or handling fees for domestic shipments. For shipments outside the United States (if available), shipping costs and policies may differ and will be clearly communicated during checkout.

Shipping Restrictions: We currently ship primarily within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations (restrictions will be indicated during checkout). We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any address or jurisdiction at our discretion.

Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss for products purchased from HaisOf pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with the carrier for lost, damaged, or stolen shipments after they have been delivered or released by the carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

Return Window: You may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms, conditions, and exclusions set forth in our Returns Policy. This return window is a voluntary policy offered by HaisOf; there is no statutory cooling-off period or right of withdrawal for most online purchases in the United States.

Return Conditions: Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories. Certain products may be excluded from return or subject to restocking fees, as specified in the Returns Policy.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable time after we receive and inspect the returned product(s). Shipping costs (if any were charged) are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
